• Mr. Masamune Oshitani is a Japanese patent attorney (IP Infringement Litigation Representative).
  
  
• He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Electronics and Materials Physics from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan in 2009 and 2011, respectively. Following the graduation, He had been working for Fuji Xerox IP department since 2011. Then, he had been working for a middle size law firm in Tokyo since 2015 and finally founded his own firm "IPX patent partners" together with Dr. Okumura in 2018.
  
  
• He joined IP utilization promotion committee in JPAA in 2015, 2016 and 2018. His specialty is patent prosecution or consulting of an ICT realm, especially UI/UX, screen design and business model, based on his business career.
