Message

A Message from the CEO

The longer I work in intellectual property, the more certain I become of one thing: an excellent idea starts to move a business the moment it comes off the paper the right is written on.

That is why obtaining rights is not our goal. We were born as a patent firm and have honed the quality and speed of filing and prosecution. On that foundation, we design not only the rights we obtain but the very process that leads to them. We discuss with inventors across our clients' departments and connect knowledge that had been closed within each one. From rights that protect, to power that drives business. That is the intent we placed anew in the “P” of our name.

What we face from here is not only intellectual property in the narrow sense. Design, brand, marketing, and the know-how and trust that have not yet taken shape: we move forward as a professional firm that turns intangible assets into value.
