What we call value design is the work of putting these three in place.
01 — Structure
Scattered information, put into a form you can compare.
Information on patents, technology and competitors is scattered at the moment it is collected. Competitors' filings, for example, can be replotted on a map with two axes: technology and market. Only then do the empty places and the crowded places become visible.
02 — Questions
Decide first what has to be decided.
Not "should we file this invention," but "which rights would protect this business." Change how the question is framed and the information to collect changes, as does the order of filings.
03 — Ready to decide
The options, and the grounds for them.
We do not draw the conclusion in your place. The options open to you, and the time, cost and risk of each. We hand them over in a form you can take straight into a management meeting.

Before filing, we map what that one case protects in the business and where it can expand. The quality of one specification decides your bargaining power ten years later. After the right is obtained, the design of the area continues: use, maintenance, and the next filing.

When the volume you can read changes, the way you decide changes.
Until now, the target was narrowed to what a person could read. Now AI reads through the whole set before it is narrowed, going back decades through foreign literature as well. What is read is handed over in a form management can judge from.
03 — Business growth support
It does not end with obtaining the right.
Brand, design, marketing strategy, AI governance, decarbonization and human capital disclosure. Intangible assets that never become patents also have the power to move a business. We design which ones to give shape to, and in what order.

Designing a state in which decisions can be made.
This is the service that turns the capability itself into the work. We join the meetings where your business is decided and move at the speed of your judgment. Instead of a generic proposal document, we draw an IP blueprint fitted to your technology and business context, on the spot.

We try it on our own work first.
We have invented the very systems we use in daily practice, and filed and obtained the rights ourselves. The High Speed, High Quality system, for one, we invented and registered as a patent. We decided what to protect and what form to give it for ourselves first. That is the evidence behind this capability.
